Jenn Campbell in a certified yoga instructor and massage therapist. Jenn fell in love with movement and the body after her first dance class at the age of three. In fact, it was a dance injury that brought her to her first yoga class ten years ago. Jenn has been teaching yoga regularly since completing her Iyengar based yoga training back in 2000. She has also maintained a private yoga therapy practice since 2003 working with students with issues from injury rehabilitation, to pre and post natal yoga , to structural issues. Jenn also specializes in working with eating disorders and related issues. She has implemented and taught yoga programs in three Boston area residential eating disorder treatment center and has spoken at three national conferences on the benefits of yoga in the recovery of eating disorders. Jenn's yoga classes combine focus on alignment, breath awareness, and the therapeutic aspects of yoga. Jenn works to helps her students cultivate a deeper awareness of self and body, both on and off the yoga mat, with a constant emphasis on acceptance, compassion, and awareness of one's internal experience. Jenn maintains her own daily yoga and vipassana meditation practice.
