Nicole is a native of the Northern Berkshires and currently resides in North Adams with her husband. She attended Williams College where she received her B.A. in Biology, Psychology and Neuroscience in 2008. She is aspiring to become a doula, a childbirth educator, and perhaps one day a midwife. Nicole is an unwavering believer of the holistic benefits of yoga for both the prevention and management of physical and emotional ailments. She is continually amazed by the positive changes that yoga impresses upon the body, mind and soul. She hopes to build her current enthusiasm for yoga into a lifelong practice that allows her to experience the beauty and divine within all.
"While I have been working at the reception desk and managing the studio for quite some time, it has always been a long term goal of mine to become an instructor. I am both thrilled and honored to now be teaching this transformative discipline and supporting the individual experiences of our community members here at Frog Lotus. Over the years, I hope to encourage people to explore the many physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga both on and off the mat. Yoga has made me feel strong, love my body, feel alive and invigorated, and most of all, it brought a calm and balance to my mind unlike anything else I have ever experienced and I am passionate to share with others.”
