Natasha Judson, as well as teaching Yoga, is offering Thai Yoga Bodywork
which is rooted in ancient Buddhist traditions of healing and meditation, as well
as modern physical therapy and yoga. Sessions involve soft tissue work using palming
and thumbing techniques, therapeutic stretching and assisted yoga postures, and
energy balancing based on Sen energy lines. It can be described as "having
yoga done to you". It is performed on a mat fully clothed.
An integrative bodywork session is a soothing massage that skillfully
combines Swedish technique with acupressure, trigger point therapy,
and energy work. Working to heal on both the physical and energetic
aspects of the body, integrative bodywork can be a deeply relaxing
experience reducing stress in both the mind and body.
