Welcome to Frog Lotus Yoga Teacher Trainings! Our Yoga Teacher Training Course is an established, comprehensive, well-organized and highly effective program. The program is run as a three or four week intensive retreat. It is very beneficial to be able to take yourself out of your everyday environment, with all its inherent distractions and apply yourself fully to living and breathing yoga for the duration of the retreat, with like-minded travelers. This is a transformational and life-affirming process. This program has been successfully running for six years, with 7 trainings offered per year. It has been registered at the 200 Hour level with Yoga Alliance since October 2003. Since its inception there have been over 100 successful graduates of the program. The director of the Program, Jacqueline Heisel E-RYT 500 is a seasoned master teacher with over 30 years of joyful practice and teaching experience. Jacqueline recently endorsed Jennifer Yarro, who is the new owner and director of Frog Lotus Yoga, to also teach this program. Jennifer, who is an excellent teacher in her own right, will be leading this program three times a year at Frog Lotus Yoga Studio in North Adams, Massachusetts. The benefit of taking the trainings in a working studio is to be able to observe, participate in and assist in regularly scheduled classes, as well as being immersed in the training. Frog Lotus Yoga has a residency space for trainings in the old Mill which houses it. Jacqueline continues to enjoy teaching the programs internationally in exotic locations. Jacqueline loves sunshine and beautiful nature and has carefully selected the retreat centers where she holds these retreats, to give trainees the optimal experience of a life-time! Jacqueline's Trainings are assisted and co-taught by Jennifer Yarro, who teaches the Applied Anatomy portion of the training.
