Winter Solstice Celebration with Lindsay McGinnis
Friday December 16th 6:00-7:30pm
$20 pre-registration

After the winter solstice on December 21st, the days get longer, and the nights get shorter. It’s a seasonal shift that nearly everyone notices. Together we take this time to honor the light within ourself. In this workshop we will warm up the body through repetitive sun salutations. Each sequence will be repeated for 15-20 minutes. You can move as fast or as slow as you'd like and of course rest when that is calling to you. Join us to stoke your internal fire and welcome the Solstice!
