This will give yoga practitioners a chance to reconnect to the nourishing earth, to their local food system and, ultimately, to what is sacred. This series give an opportunity to set foot on a farm to practice a somewhat traditional hour-long Hatha class. Bring a mat, additional props that are apart of your practice (ie blanket, blocks, strap, etc.), water, and sunblock/bug repellent.

Hands-on Assists for Yoga Teachers

This will be an experiential workshop that will deepen one's skills as a yoga teacher. Adjustments given during yoga practice help to release deep structural tension and open energetic pathways, helping facilitate more depth, awareness, and connection in ones practice. This experiential workshop is based on Jennifer's years of practicing therapeutic massage, training in structural anatomy and integration, and teaching of yoga asana. This workshop is open to certified yoga teachers of various lineages. And, is a pre-requisite for those teachers attending the Apprenticeship program that wish to practice assisting for the week.
Pairing Poses in the Outdoors

For those of you who like to get outside and enjoy the scenery while you exercise, you don’t have to trade in your yoga practice for the season. This Monday evening series pairs an outdoor activity with a yoga session. Each outdoor activity will have a different meeting location and the yoga session will be in the vicinity of the outdoor activity. Come prepared to endure the outdoors with the proper equipment as well as a mat/props for the follow-up yoga session. There will be a minimum number of participants for the program to run. Prepay by the Friday prior to event date by calling the studio.

A Frog Lotus Yoga favorite, experience a refreshing Restorative Yoga class, with Thai Yoga Massage assists from three certified Thai Yoga Massage practitioners. The practice helps to balance the physical and energetic bodies and is a great way to learn first-hand more about Thai Massage. We're sure you're going to love it! This event consistently fills, be sure to pay early to save your spot! This is an all levels class and no prior experience with yoga or Thai Massage is needed. Wear loose, comfortable, warm clothes.
