Days and Times:Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 6:15am -7:15 am
(7:15am-7:30am- self practice and private instruction)
Yoga Bootcamp will offer:
• Yoga with a fitness focus.
• Integrate cross training exercises and dynamic yoga postures to create and maintain lean muscle as you tone and sculpt the entire body.
• Fluid movement with held postures to build joint strength, mobility, and flexibility.
• Cardio conditioning to increase the heart rate and amp up your metabolism.
• Optimal alignment throughout the yoga postures and exercises, building injury prevention, and increasing circulation.
• Build a community as we support each other to work towards a common goal.
