Enjoy two Yoga sessions per day and your choice of wonderful excursions. Everyone is welcome. Two different levels of class will be taught simultaneously by Jennifer and Vidya, in order to accommodate all levels of student. Flowing Hatha Yoga Interdisciplinary (levels 1-2) and Vinyasa Flow Yoga (intermediate). Jennifer and Vidya will both teach some of each, so you can enjoy both of their unique styles of teaching. Everyone will come together for the evening session of Yoga, which will be either Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation and visualization), Thai Yoga Massage or Slow Flow Yoga. Every day we will also offer an optional 30 minutes meditation before the Yoga practice. Schedule: 7.00am Tea 7.30-8.00 Meditation(optional) 8.00-9.30am Yoga Class 9.30-10.30am Breakfast 10.30am optional excursion 1.30pm lunch 2.00-5.30 pm pool/ beach/horseriding/massage/ hiking 5.30-6.45pm evening yoga session 7pm dinner evening: movies/bonfire on the beach/trip into town/gatherings/quiet time Please note, everything on the schedule is optional. If you wish to hang out on your verandah and birdwatch, or sleep-in or spend time alone, we will support and respect your freedom and space. Cahuita is the site of a beautiful national park, where you can see howler and white faced monkeys playing in the trees. Cahuita is also known for good snorkeling. Goddess Garden is a hidden gem nestled in a lush and exquisite tropical garden, a few steps from a beautiful Caribbean Beach. You will practice in what is surely the loveliest and most spacious yoga studio in Costa Rica with a 360 degree view of the abundant tropical jungle, complete with monkeys, sloths and toucans! The environment could not be more beautiful, comfortable or fabulous! There is an inviting and beautifully designed swimming pool to relax beside. The Goddess Garden Spa offers high quality massage. The amazing Ayurvedic Massage therapist, John Jairo Campo will give you the best massage you have ever had!
