Frog Lotus Yoga is a beautiful studio located in North Adams, near Williamstown, in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. The studio has a warm friendly atmosphere and is building a growing yoga community of like-minded people. Our teachers are all experienced, professional and highly trained. We offer 200 hour Yoga Alliance Approved Yoga Teacher Trainings Intensives, both at the studio and 'off campus' in exotic locations.

The different styles of yoga taught in our classes include:
Hatha Yoga Interdisciplinary:an accessible and eclectic blend of different styles of yoga designed to tone and stretch the whole body, relieve stress and create a deep experience of well-being. Levels 1-2 is suitable for beginners and for those wanting an easier practice. Levels 2-3 is intermediate.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Each pose flows fluidly and dynamically into the next pose. More emphasis on standing sequences. A vigorous, exhilarating, full-body workout. A base level of fitness required.
Relax and Renew Restorative Yoga: Passive Restorative Poses created to relieve stress, induce profound relaxation and deep, gentle muscle release. Wonderful for everyone.
Yin Yoga: Focuses on long supported holds in various postures, to increase flexibility of joints ligaments and connective tissues. A good compliment to the more dynamic styles of Yoga. All levels welcome.
Pilates: based on the work of Joseph Pilates. The focus is on strengthening the core muscles, to increase flexibility, and improve posture. A good compliment to Yoga. All levels welcome.
AcroYoga: Play and Strengthen: Class includes partner asana, assisted inversions, acrobatics, "flying." Build strength, flexibility, and trust with your community while having fun. No partner necessary but existing yoga practice recommended. Level 2-3
AcroYoga: Partner Flow: Relax and stretch with the help of fellow yogis. Class includes circle ceremony, mirrored asana, partner yoga flow, followed by restorative Thai Yoga Massage. No experience or partner necessary. Come alone or bring a friend. All levels welcome.
Yoga Meets Dance: Every Sunday 6-7.15pm Donation only: (Suggested donation$10) Yoga Meets Dance™ combines gentle yoga, movement therapy, and free dance, ending in meditation. Non-dancers and those with two left feet are welcome. No experience needed.
